After graduating from University of Toronto majoring in Economics, Vic obtained his Real Estate license in 2003, and formed The Lam Team in 2010. Many of his clients have developed friendships with Peter over the years due to his genuine and friendly personality.Most important to Peter is providing the most excellent service to buyers and sellers in order to earn their trust, referrals, and repeat business. Peter is a dedicated husband, father and a grandfather. During his early years, Peter was a Mariner on a oil tanker when his strong passion for boats developed. He then became a Chief Officer for a cruise ship and later on became a certified operator for Jetfoil which is a passenger carrying “waterjet” propelled hydrofoil designed by Boeing.

One of Peter’s favourite hobbies is working on his beautiful outdoor garden and landscaping at home. He has won numerous awards from the town of Richmond Hill and recognized as having one of the most beautiful gardens in the community.

Frances has represented many clients all over the Greater Toronto area since 2008. She has built a solid foundation of clients through her professionalism, attention to detail and commitment to alway put her clients needs first. Frances provides quality service to build relationships with clients and more importantly, maintain those relationships by communicating effectively.

After graduating from Ryerson University, Frances got a head start and gained a lot of experience in the real estate industry because she worked in many real estate-related positions. She is extremely familiar with the different aspects of the real estate industry including advertising, marketing and negotiation. And after she obtained her real estate license in 2008, the transition to become a full time realtor was the right choice.

In her free time, Frances enjoys spending quality time with her son. Favourite activities she likes to do with her son include bike riding, baking and painting. Frances also likes to exercise and stay active by swimming and yoga.
